01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gcup7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers for, accesses, or makes use of any service offered through the gcup7 website located at gcup7.cam ("the Website").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Website, or placing any wager or engaging in any game offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

gcup7 is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. These Terms have been drafted to reflect those commitments and to set out clearly the rights and obligations of both the Platform and its players.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a registered user account created by a Player on the gcup7 Website.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by gcup7 to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of real funds from a Player's personal payment method into their gcup7 Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and age.
• "Platform" — the gcup7 website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, the certified software system determining game outcomes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of real funds from a Player's Account to their designated payment method.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on gcup7, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active.
2. Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in their personal capacity.
3. Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. Not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of gcup7 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. Not be subject to self-exclusion from any gambling platform or under any active restriction order relating to gambling.
6. Register with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on gcup7. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any accumulated balances forfeited.

As part of our regulatory obligations and to protect the security and integrity of the Platform, gcup7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. KYC may be required at any stage of a Player's engagement with the Platform at gcup7's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Valid international passport — photo page.
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the Player's name matches the registered payment account).

Players are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate. gcup7 accepts no liability for delays, failed transactions, or withheld funds arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate or timely KYC documentation.

05 Deposits & Payments

gcup7 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). This list is subject to change and the availability of any payment method at a given time is not guaranteed.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, subject to the selected welcome pack or applicable promotion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• gcup7 does not accept deposits made with credit card facilities. All funds must originate from the Player's personal funds.
• Deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• gcup7 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which gcup7 accepts no responsibility.

06 Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

1. The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of gcup7's compliance team.
2. All applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus credited to the Account must have been satisfied in full prior to the withdrawal request.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
4. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
5. gcup7 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if such checks are required.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow and FPX — typically 3 to 5 minutes; Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — typically 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfer — typically 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. Gold-tier loyalty members benefit from express3-minute processing. All times are indicative and may be subject to variation during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

gcup7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, together with any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited as restricted bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements for welcome bonuses range from 18x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the selected welcome pack. Specific terms for each offer are published at the time of the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds will generally be used first unless the Platform's wagering contribution system specifies otherwise.
• gcup7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after bonus has been credited to a Player's Account, where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds awarded through the Refer A Friend programme are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement and must be used within 30 days of isuance.
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) towards satisfying wagering requirements. A full game contribution schedule is available on the promotions page.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcup7 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following actions will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referal to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software,ots, scripts, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other Players to circumvent game mechanics or bonus conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Opening or attempting to operate more than one Account on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform function. Any winings obtained as a result of a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards gcup7 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's Account or to any part of the Platform's administrative systems.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the gcup7 Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, logos, design elements, software, data compilations, and game content, is the property of gcup7 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, redistributing, selling, broadcasting, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform; reverse-engineering or decompiling any software used in connection with the Platform; or removing or altering any copyright notice or proprietary marking.

Any unauthorised use of gcup7's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by gcup7 and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gcup7 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service, arising from or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

gcup7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in the Player's Account at the time of the relevant event.

gcup7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free of malicious code at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. gcup7 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

11 Responsible Gambling

gcup7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining the wellbeing of all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure time alerts to be notified when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling for a longer period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.

12 Account Termination

A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting gcup7's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's designated payment method within a reasonable period, subject to successful KYC verification.

gcup7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms, Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by the Platform.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory order.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a material risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gcup7 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, where applicable, any winnings derived from activity in breach of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which gcup7 holds its operating licence.

The parties agree that any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between gcup7 and the Player. Where negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed arbitral body before commencing any litigation.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gcup7 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gcup7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, save where law or regulatory requirement mandates otherwise. Where material changes are made to these Terms, gcup7 will endeavour to notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the Website or by sending a communication to the registered email address associated with a Player's Account.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued access to or use of the gcup7 Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes.

If a Player does not accept an amendment to these Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
